Announcement: Small Business Regulatory Fairness Board Public Hearing

Small businesses are invited to testify on regulatory fairness of state agencies at the September 3, 2008 public hearing. Members of the SBRFB and representatives of state regulatory agencies will hear comments and complaints about regulatory enforcement and compliance, and will discuss the impact of state regulations on small business.

This forum offers small business owners a chance to express their concerns about federal and state compliance practices and to learn how to more effectively deal with state regulatory requirements. Comments and concerns about state regulations can be addressed by contacting Krista Zurkamer, Coordinator for the SBRFB.  Should small business owners or representatives be unable to attend, written testimony may be sent in advance of the forum to be included in the public record.  Registration forms for Public and Written testimony may be found on the board’s website www.SBRFB.ded.mo.gov; by sending an e-mail request to SBRFB@ded.mo.gov or by calling 1-866-719-1401.
